Wendy Tokunaga is the author of the novels, "Midori by Moonlight," "Love in Translation," "Falling Uphill," "His Wife and Daughters," and the short story collection "Postcards From Tokyo."  She's also the author of the book, "Marriage in Translation: Foreign Wife, Japanese Husband," a series of interviews on cross-cultural relationships. Her latest novel, "Brenda Barker's Next Chapter" is forthcoming from Blydyn Square Books.

Wendy holds an MFA in Creative Writing from University of San Francisco and teaches for Stanford University's Novel Writing Certificate Program. She also does developmental editing for novels, helping writers at all levels of experience make their books the best they can be. When she's not busy writing or editing, you can find Wendy singing jazz and bossa nova with her keyboardist husband and fulfilling her duties as an award-winning cat servant.
